Terms of sale

1. Seller

Domopage is sold by [Your full legal name or company name], [NIF/NIE or CIF], [Registered address, postcode, Marbella, Málaga, Spain], support@domopage.com.

2. The product

Domopage Lite is free software distributed under the GPL licence on WordPress.org. Domopage Pro is a yearly licence giving access to premium features, updates and support for the number of websites in your plan.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by [payment provider]. Licences renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Refunds

If Domopage Pro is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@domopage.com. Where you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep your statutory right of withdrawal, unless you expressly agreed to immediate access to the download and acknowledged losing that right.

5. Licence and updates

Each licence covers the number of sites in your plan. If you do not renew, the software keeps working, but updates, support and Pro-only services stop.

6. Liability

Domopage is provided with care but without guarantee that it will be error-free. You are responsible for the content you publish, including property information, images and compliance with local advertising rules. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
