Who we are

What data we collect
- Contact and support: your name, email address and the content of your message when you write to us.
- Customers: billing name, email, country, VAT number and order details when you buy Domopage Pro. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
- Website statistics: aggregated page views counted without cookies. No IP addresses are stored.

How long we keep it
Support messages: up to 2 years. Customer and invoice records: as long as required by Spanish tax law (currently up to 6 years). Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider, email provider and payment provider [name, e.g. Freemius], acting as data processors under contract. Some may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to support@domopage.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The Domopage plugin
The Domopage WordPress plugin runs on our customers’ own websites. Enquiries submitted on landing pages go directly to the agency that owns the website; Domopage does not receive or store them. Each agency is the data controller for its own visitors.
